Receive a Customized Offer
We will provide you a customized easy to read offer. Once accepted by you, we have a closing attorney prepare all the documents. All documents are recorded at the Courthouse by the closing Attorney. The closing Attorney also sets up a third party escrow company that collects and distributes the payments each month while keeping the accounting.
And that’s it!
